A Wooden Cross & Floating Axe Heads!

September 30, 2018 Speaker: Damian Mericka Series: Living in the Holy Spirit

Topic: A Wooden Cross & Floating Axe Heads!

GOING DEEPER QUESTIONS (LIFE GROUP)
1. What stood out to you about this message and why?
2. Why did Elisha ask for a double portion from Elijah?
3. How is the city in 2 Kings 2:19-22 symbolic of our own lives? The lives of
the world we engage missionally?
4. How did Elisha raise the Axe head? Why did Elisha need to be led to the
place it was originally lost? Why does God want to visit those places with
us in our own hearts / lives? How Does Peter display this? (John 21:15-19)
5. What is the wood that has set us free, raises us up to new life and
empowers us to live for Him? Is your life a sunken or raised axe head?
